Returns and Packing Instructions

After receiving your collection kit: Please use one of the smaller (inkjet) boxes and place it where cell phones and inkjet cartridges can be collected. A high-visibility spot like the front office, the library or media center or the teachers' lounge area is ideal.

Here is the simple process for sending your used cartridges and cell phones:

1. Fill each box with the appropriate product.
   • Inkjet boxes should contain approximately 24 cartridges
   • Laser boxes should contain approximately 10 cartridges
   • Cell phone boxes should contain approximately 24 phones
2. Add newspaper or another protective substance to help prevent damage during shipping. Please repackage lasers in original boxes before placing them inside the shipping box when possible.
3. Make sure the box doesn’t weigh more than 40 pounds before sealing it closed.
4. Deliver it to your nearest UPS drop-off location.
5. Watch for your rewards!

Please note: recycle rewards does not pay for broken or damaged cartridges and cell phones, toner bottles or tubes, ribbons or most remanufactured cartridges. In addition, please do not send cell phone chargers, extra batteries and other accessories.
